Cross-Sectional Study

Cross-Sectional Study is defined as it is a type of Observational study based on observations that take place in different groups at one time.By using this study we can collect the data from population at one specific area. In medical term Cross-sectional study is used to collect data at a defined time but it cannot be used to determine any relationship that may exist. This type of study gives major advantage for epidemiological study. Instead of doing an experiment, simply record the information that you collected in the groups you are examining.
