Chronic Disease is the leading cause of death. Chronic diseases are arthritis, asthma, cancer, COPD, diabetes and viral diseases such as hepatitis C and HIV/AIDS.The death rate of chronic diseases are higher in the developing countries.The common symptoms of chronic diseasea are characterised by multiple risk factors, a long course of illness and functional impairment.Most of the chronic diseases are not treatable completely,for example Heart attack. Some chronic diseases persist in an individual through life, but not cause of death, for example arthritis.
