About the Journal

Neurological disorders particularly epilepsy and dementia are highly prevalent throughout the world. This situation necessitates deeper understanding into neurology and neural mechanisms in an interdisciplinary fashion. There is a rapid growth and expansion in the neuroscience investigations over the last decade. There is a greater need for wide dissemination of the knowledge thus generated from systematic neurological research. In this context, Neurology & Neurorehabilitation aims to provide comprehensive and updated information pertaining to the neurological disorders to aid in efficient screening, accurate diagnosis, effective treatment and faster recovery while aiding in policy making, generating awareness among general public and health care professionals. Neurology & Neuro-rehabilitation Journal aspires to be a significant facilitator in articulating the knowledge of neurological disorders, increased research collaborations, cooperation, and innovation as well as in providing inspiration to the young medical professionals for preventing these incapacitating disorders and devising the best possible treatment and rehabilitation strategies for the affected people.

Scope of the Journal

Neurology & Neurorehabilitation Journal covers all the major structural and functional aspects of neurons and neural network systems. Specific topics may include epilepsy, headache, Parkinson disease, dementia, infections, cancer, dystonia, demyelinating diseases, encephalopathy, sclerosis, stroke encompassing sub-specializations such as neuropathology, electrophysiology and neuroradiology.

Neuro-rehabilitation aspects such as neural regeneration, repair, reorganization of neural systems, behavioral principles, learning and neurophysiologic stimulation, or a combination of these approaches as well as treatment strategies including constraint-induced movement therapy, language therapy, electrical or magnetic stimulation are considered for publication.
