The COVID-19 pandemic was affirmed to have arrived at Ethiopia on 13 March 2020. The country proclaimed a five-month highly sensitive situation in April 2020.On 1 April, three additional cases were accounted for. The first is a 33-year-old female Ethiopian with a movement
history to Djibouti, Brazil, India, and Congo Brazzaville. The subsequent case is of a 26-year-old male Ethiopian with no movement history. The third case is of a 32-year-old male Ethiopian who had contact with an individual with an affirmed case and was under isolation. The ICRC has been providing contamination avoidance and control things and other fundamental items to helpless individuals including prisoners, strife influenced individuals, and individuals living with handicaps. On 2 April, one patient was accounted for to have completely recouped. On 3 April, six additional instances of the
infection were accounted for. Five of the cases were from Addis Ababa and two of them had head out narratives to Dubai on various dates. The 6th case is a 33-year-old female Ethiopian from Dire Dawa who said to have had contact with the individual who tried positive on 31 March. On 4 April, three extra instances of the
infection were accounted for. The entirety of the cases was from Addis Ababa. Two of the patients, 29-year-old and 34-year-old male Ethiopians, had go chronicles to Dubai on various dates.
