Zelalem Abera Taressa

I was born in January 15/1983 (G.C) from my father Abera Taressa and my mother Aregash Biyena in Werebabo Siben Peasant Association, Lalo Assabi district, West Wollega Zone of Oromia Regional state, Western Ethiopia. I attended my primary school (1-4) at Hatosi Siben in 1991 and junior secondary school (5-8) at Gerjo Siben in 1996 and I attended my high school in Gimbi Comprehensive School from, 2000 to 2003. After I completed my high school, I have joined Jimma University College of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine in 2004/5, attended Veterinary Medicine and graduated with Doctor of veterinary Medicine (DVM) in 2008. After graduation, I have worked in Gimbi district in Livestock Development, Resource and Animal Health Agency Office of West Wollega Zone as team leader for three years. I have joined to Jimma University College of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine to study my Master of Science in Veterinary Epidemiology from October 2012 to 2013. Today I am lecturing at Wollega University as Assistant professor of Veterinary Epidemiology since 2014.
