The Effectiveness of Emotion Regulation Training on Emotion Regulation Strategies and Social Competence of Adolescents with High Risk Behaviours

Aim:The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of emotion regulation training on emotion regulation strategies and social competence of adolescents with high risk behaviors.
Materials and Methods: The method of the present study the experimental design was semi-experimental. The statistical population of this study will be all high school adolescents in Babolsar city in the academic year of 2018. Sampling was done in two stages: A: 600 students were randomly selected from all students and a high-risk behaviors questionnaire of Iranian adolescents was administered to them.
