Professor Nigel Sparrow OBE, FRCP, FRCGP, FAcadMEd, HonFFSRH Nigel Sparrow is chair of the Target Ovarian Cancer GP Advisory Board. He retired as the Senior National GP Advisor and Responsible Officer at the Care Quality Commission in September 2019. He is a Visiting Professor of General Practice at the University of Lincoln. Nigel was awarded an OBE in the 2015 New Years Honours List for services to Primary Care. He was the Medical Director of Revalidation at Royal College of General Practitioners until March 2015. Nigel was a member of the Standing Commission on Carers from 2007 until 2014.
