I am also a cutting-edge researcher in the molecular mechanism underlying anabolic action of insulin / IGF-I via the IRS1 & 2 / Akt signals during progression of osteoporosis and fracture Ialing, using patient samples and mouse genetics approaches . In addition, from the viewpoint of a molecular biologist and an orthopaedic surgeon, I have been attempting to apply several molecular signals to bone and cartilage regeneration.
