Kyphosis

Kyphosis may be a spinal disorder during which an excessive outward curve of the spine leads to an abnormal rounding of the upper back. The condition is usually referred to as "round-back" or—in the case of a severe curve—as "hunchback." Kyphosis can occur at any age but is common during adolescence. Kyphosis is an exaggerated, forward rounding of the rear. It can occur at any age but is commonest in older women. Age-related kyphosis is usually thanks to weakness within the spinal bones that causes them to compress or crack. Other sorts of kyphosis can appear in infants or teens thanks to malformation of the spine or wedging of the spinal bones over time. Mild kyphosis causes few problems. Severe kyphosis can cause pain and be disfiguring. Treatment for kyphosis depends on your age and therefore the cause and effects of the curvature.
