Wide tendon pregnancy is otherwise called bury ligamentous pregnancy which is an uncommon type of ectopic pregnancy. Not many fruitful live births have been accounted for in this condition, where such pregnancies arrived at term and with live birth of an infant. An instance of multi year old primigravida of 35 weeks incubation with oligoamnios was alluded to our medical clinic. A correct wide tendon pregnancy was affirmed after a ultrasound and a MRI. She was taken up for medical procedure and an entry point was given on the front leaf of the expansive tendon and a male live baby was extricated. Placenta was found on the back leaf of the expansive tendon and it was expelled with no undue discharge. Uterus was lying average to the sac and was around ten weeks in size. Both mother and infant were released on seventh postoperative day healthy condition.
