Dr. Asea recieved hid PhD. in Medical Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. Later Dr. Asea was recruited to faculty positions at the Boston University School of medicine and the Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine. In 2012, MSM recruited Alexzander A.A. Asea, Ph.D to pursue cancer research using "proteomics".
Dr. Asea is now Professor and chairman of the Department of Microbiology, Biochemistry and Immunology.
