Psoriasis Pathogenicity and Types

It is a reasonably frequent, chronic, inflammatory, and hypersensitive condition with unknown pathophysiology that affects skin and joints. Psoriasis is a skin disease caused by the immune system that begins beneath the skin's surface and causes extreme discomfort as well as negative mental health impacts. The development and prognosis of psoriasis are heavily influenced by genetic predisposition as well as environmental variables. Natural Killer (NK) cells are lymphocytes that specialise in killing virally contaminated and cancerous cells. However, evidence for a role for NK cells in psoriasis is accumulating.
