Stepanov Igor is awarded PhD in Department of Normal Physiology, 1st Pavlov Medical Institute, Leningrad, USSR in the 1966 – 1969. Department of Normal Physiology, 1st Pavlov Medical Institute, Leningrad, USSR, assistant in the year 1969 – 1974. He worked as a junior research fellow Pavlov Department of Physiology, Institute for Experimental Medicine of the Academy of Medical Sciences of the USSR in the year 1974 – 1980.Currently he is working as leading research fellow in the Department of Neuropharmacology, Institute for Experimental Medicine of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences,
