Mr. Luo received his Bachelor degree in automation from China University of Petroleum in 2007 and began his IP career in Patent Dept. of Runping & Partners in 2007 and qualified as a patent attorney in 2010.Mr. Luo is adept at patent prosecution, drafting, translation, reexamination and invalidation of many technical fields. Mr. Luo has successfully handled hundreds of patent applications for foreign and domestic clients, and has extensive experience in both technology and law practice.
