Ms. Guo received her bachelor’s degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China. In 2007, she was enrolled as a graduate student in School of Life Science and Technology at Huazhong University of Science and Technology. She continued her studies on PET instrumentation development and molecular imaging applications under the supervision of Professor Qingguo Xie. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in PET Instrumentation Development & Multi-Modality Medical Imaging Lab affiliated with Biomedical Engineering Department of Life School in HUST and Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics, China. In October 2010, she joined the Laboratory for Molecular Imaging and Nanomedicine (LOMIN) as a predoctoral visiting fellow under the supervision of Dr. Shawn Chen. Her research focuses on molecular imaging and PET imaging data quantification.
