Biography

 Dr. Lana Zhovtis Ryerson is a neurologist treating patients in the New York City and greater New York areas. She holds certification from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She is also affiliated with New York University’s Elaine A. and Kenneth G. Langone Medical Center. For her undergraduate degree, Dr. Ryerson attended the University of Rochester as a Rochester Early Medical Scholar, graduating magna cum laude. She pursued her medical degree at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. At the New York Downtown Hospital, Dr. Ryerson continued her medical education through an internal medicine internship. She conducted a residency focused on the study of neurology at the Mount Sinai Medical Center and a fellowship for muscular sclerosis at the New York University Langone Medical Center.
