Hongyan (Grace) Yang, MD, PhD, is a board-certified internal medicine and pediatrics physician who joined IHA Ann Arbor Family Medicine in July 2014. As a med-peds physician, she takes pleasure in caring for patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. Dr. Yang enjoys preventive care, health education, diagnosis/treatment of acute illnesses and chronic diseases.
