He was promoted to this new position, after serving for more than 10 Years as the Dean of the Medical School and 4 years also as the VP for Biotechnology & Health for the Monterrey Campus. The challenge is to create the model for expansion at the national level for the areas of Health Sciences and Medicine, keeping a close collaboration and building models with Bitechnology for the research, education and innovation on these areas.
