Biography

Alice Laron is a medical doctor and resident in neurology, She received her Degree in Medicine and Surgery (Medical Doctor degree) from University of Padua Medical School, Padua on November 2003. She is a fifth-year resident at the Padova University Hospital, First Neurology Clinic. She is currently a post-doctoral fellowship assignment in Weiner Lab investigating the immunological aspects of MS, with a major focus on the role of dendritic cells and natural killer cells.

Research Interest

Elective and urgent clinical care of patients with neurological diseases. Her main interest is the clinical, immunological and MRI follow-up of multiple sclerosis patients. Epidemiology and genetics related to clustering of multiple sclerosis and other autoimmune diseases in families.
