Abdominal pain as an initial manifestation of autoimmune hepatitis in a child

Introduction: Autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) is a progressive inflammatory liver disorder that is rare in children and adolescents. In traditional Chinese medicine AIH is considered to be caused by Yin deficiency. 
Purpose: to demonstrate that children with abdominal pain could have AIH as initial manifestation and the treatment could be only by balancing the internal energies of Yin, Yang, Qi and Blood energies through Chinese dietary counseling, auricular acupuncture with apex ear bloodletting and replenishing the chakras energies. 
Methods: though one case report of a 8 year old girl with a complaint of abdominal pain without improvement with antacids medications. She did endoscopy exam that revealed only gastritis. She began the treatment with acupuncture and the Chinese medicine doctor asked for some laboratory exams that showed the presence of antibodies against nucleus 1/320, and prothrombin time of 80 percent. Chakras energies measurement reveal that all her 7 chakras were in the lowest level of energy, with the exception of the seventh chakra that was normal, rated in eight. 
Results: The patient improved with the treatment instituted but still inn treatment nowadays. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that children with abdominal pain could have the possibility of having autoimmune hepatitis and the treatment using balancing of the internal energies with Chinese dietary counseling, auricular acupuncture with apex era bloodletting are important tools when associating the replenishment of the chakras energies with highly diluted medications (homeopathies and crystal based medications).
