Synthesis of 1,5-ďeŶzodiazepiŶe deriǀatiǀe ďeariŶg piperidiŶLJl liŶker aŶd usiŶg MaŶŶiĐh’s reaĐtioŶ to proǀide the aŵiŶe group for the incorporation the benzodiazepine nucleus into s-triazine molecular framework through linker has been described. The structures of all the compounds have been established on the basis of their elemental analysis and (IR, 1 HNMR and MS) spectral data.
