Global warming results with the incrementation insurface temperature due to greenhouse effect and deforestation which traps heat obviating it to elude from Earth surface. Science depends on having a clear and vigorous referee system thus the conception of bringing up a journal dedicated entirely to the accommodation and publishing of works on ecumenical warming and its associated consequences is of immense paramountcy. Open access to the scientific literature designates the abstraction of barriers from accessing scholarly work. There are two parallel towards open access: Open Access articles and self-archiving. Open Access articles are immediately, liberatingly available on their Web site, a model mostly funded by charges paid by the author. The alternative for a researcher is to publish in a traditional journal, where only subscribers have immediate access, but to make the article available on their personal and/or institutional Web sites which is a practice sanctioned by many scholarly journals. Open Access raises practical and policy questions for philomaths, publishers, funders, and policymakers homogeneous, including what the return on investment is when paying an article processing fee to publish in an Open Access articles, or whether investments into institutional repositories should be made and whether self-archiving should be made obligatory, as contemplated by some funders.
