Affinity chromatography is a method of separating biochemical mixture based on a highly specific interaction between antigen and antibody, enzyme and substrate, receptor and ligand, or protein and nucleic acid. Affinity chromatography is a technique in which the difference in absorption depends on the specific affinity between a substance fixed in the separation material (the absorbent) and the desired component in the mixture (the ligand). This information can be published in our peer reviewed journal with impact factors and are calculated using citations not only from research articles but also review articles (which tend to receive more citations), editorials, letters, meeting abstracts, short communications, and case reports.
