Personalized medicine refers to applying pharmacogenomics to Forensic Dentistry, or Forensic Odontology, is the application of dental and paradental knowledge to the solution of legal issues in civil and in criminal matters. Forensic Odontology is that branch of dentistry which, in the interest of justice, deals with the proper handling and examination of dental evidence and with the proper evaluation and presentation of dental findings’. The teeth may be as unique as a finger print as teeth are least destructible part of the human body.The mouth provides a library from which information can be extracted at any time for a considerable period after death. Effects of various environmental like nutrition, bruxism will also be manifested on the teeth. The restoration, extracted teeth add to the distinctive pattern.
