Studies report that most of dental emergencies in the clinic are Endodontic emergencies which show incidence of 60-82% among all dental emergencies. In these situation the patient need proper diagnosis and effective psychologically and biologically management of his situation. Start step by step from examination to diagnosis then doing the proper management of all types of Endodontic emergencies which that requiring an unscheduled office visit. In this presentation will discuss the diagnosis and surgically or non-surgically management of all types of Endodontic emergencies that may happen preoperatively, intra appointment or post operatively. psychologically and biologically management of Endodontic emergencies which can be treated mechanically, pharmacologically or by both methods depend on the type of endodontic emergency, the different technique and modalities of each type will be discussed, the indications and contraindications of these medications also will be mentioned. Some cases will be presented in this lecture as examples of Endodontic emergency situations and the management will be discussed.
